Accessibility Compliance Guidelines

School Webmasters was founded in 2003. We specialize in all things “school webmastering” which goes far beyond just developing a website or a CMS system but because our company does the actual webmastering for our school clients, we understand what must go into the daily updates of a website to make and keep it compliant and accessible for all users, including those with disabilities. When evaluating a school’s website and for making ongoing updates, we use a multi-disciplinary team approach to provide all the necessary skills and perspectives needed to create and maintain website accessibility.

All School Webmasters employees who provide information for, add to, or edit content on our websites must complete the training videos below. Accessibility compliance means that all users, including those with disabilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the website. The website is compatible with assistive technology, such as screen readers and speech recognition.
